Greek Life

Since the founding of the first fraternity in 1776, fraternities and sororities have helped college students throughout the United States develop strong networks of support on campus and beyond. Joining a coed society, fraternity or sorority will enhance your collegiate experience by providing support and resources to help your academic, leadership, and social development. Research shows that students who develop a sense of belonging and a connection with their college community are more likely to graduate from college. Joining the Greek community is an excellent way to make that connection and find your place at UNH. Over 1,100 students are members of our Greek community. Our diverse Greek community includes an an array of organizations that meet the changing needs of today's college students.
